Cancellation or Change of Enrollment Policies.

At UXGen Academy which is the project of UXGen Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we uphold a Fair and Equitable Refund Policy.

When a student enrolls in a course with any educational institution, they enter a legal agreement under common law. This agreement entails their commitment to adhere to the conditions of enrollment, including meeting specified payments, in exchange for the educational service provided by the institution. Please be aware that changes in personal circumstances are not within the purview of UXGen Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., and the institution cannot be held accountable for such changes.

In the event that a student wishes to cancel or modify their enrollment, UXGen Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. extends the following options as a gesture of goodwill. A student may only avail of one of these options once. Please note that there will be no refunds for installment payments or the initial seat confirmation/first installment. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or valid reasons, a partial fee refund may be considered, but this decision lies with the board members.
